Verify allocation

I live in Canada and I am looking at a ZL1 1LE. How do I verify that my dealer has an allocation for a ZL1 1LE? The general manager had shown me an email from GM stating they were allocated two ZL1s. It didn't mention anything about the 1LE package. I just don't want to submit an order and find out it was never built.
