Clicking sound on hard right turns

I've noticed over the past few weeks, while taking reasonably hard right hand turns, I can hear a ticking sound that mimics what it sounds like with a rock/nail in your tire. I have checked all 4 tires and don't see anything puncturing them. It seems to be coming from the front driverside wheel area, but I could be wrong and maybe it's the driver's rear. It is rotational and gets faster as my speed increases through the turn.

Is there any common issue with a similar sound to this? It doesn't appear that anything is rubbing on the suspension assembly and the wheels/tires are factory 1LE spec any way, so they shouldn't be rubbing. Could something be loose? Wheel not torqued down properly? I don't believe these wheels have ever been removed from the car as I'm still on the original tires and haven't had any work done on the car that would require it to be removed.. My next step is to go to the dealer to see if they can pinpoint it, but I'm somewhat mechanically inclined and would like to fix it myself if it could be something simple.

As always, thanks for reading and hope to hear some feedback.

totally normal.

Just make sure the lug nuts are torqued to spec (140 ft/lbs) and the wheel and hub mating surfaces are clean.

Awesome, appreciate it very much! I'll give this at home fix a go!

Happened on mine as well when new.

Took it to the dealer and they did something to the hub and it was gone. Never has come back, over 10K miles now since fix
