19 2SS 10 Speed Acceleration

Hey guys,

This might be a late post, but I rented a 19 2SS for a couple days to play around with it and I recorded a video of how quick it can shift.

I was not able to go WOT as it broke traction and I recorded with my phone.

I hope this is hepful

I see GM still has it programmed to short shift on the 1-2. You can with a TCM tune raise the shift speed and get the 1-2 to shift around 6000-6200, but anytime you break traction and rev up fast it is not fast enough to shift and you end up hitting the rev limiter. It would be so nice if we had a lower 2nd gear in both the 8 and 10 speed.

No reason why GM cannot set these 8 speed autotrans cars or the10 speed automatic cars to bang each gear at 6500. Dodge does it and Ford does it at there respective redline's
