2019 ZLE first track day
So I got rid of my M3 with turbos, suspension, big brake kit etc.. Car had everything added to it. I ran a 2.24.6... On the 3.1 at Cresson.
Today I went out in my new ZLE (100% stock) and matched my best time ever on the first flying lap and ended up running a 2.19.3 lap with a couple of issues that lost time for me. Needless to say I love the ZLE. Couldn't be happier with the results. |

Brent has a lot more in it once he gets more seat time in that car. He has plenty of laps at Cresson in other cars, but, was hauling on his first session out! He got the bug for a ZL1 1LE out there playing with me and others and saw what value any of the 1LE's are for the money, track warranty, etc.!

The ZLE is hands down the best value in a track ready car sold today. |

You should take it to COTA this weekend and beat your modded M3 time for earlier this Spring. Chin still has a few spots open!

I'm going to wait for better weather (cooler) before I go back so it will be more in line with what we had with NASA a few weeks ago.

I think Brent meant issues with him on a couple good laps like too hot entry and / or late turn in and some traffic - nothing with the car - stock tires and pads just alignment.

That's exactly what I meant.. Watch the last turn on second lap where I try to late apex and get stuck out there.. LOL I went back to Cresson on the 1.7 CW this weekend and was blown away yet again by this car. I have people coming up to me commenting not on the HP but instead on the amount of mid-corner speed I am able to carry. Still in original stock brake pads etc too... And the pads and rotors are looking great. I can't believe it. |
