seatbelt guide

I know the 6th gens don't have a seat belt guide on the seats, i'm assuming because they moved the latch from the back of the seats to that spot. Anyways I hate not having a guide because every time i sit down and get ready to head out, i have to twist, reach back and attempt to pull the seat belt and sometimes it gets caught and it just becomes a hassle all together. That being said, has anyone found an aftermarket guide that attaches to the headrest? I'm looking for something simple that just holds the seat belt in place. Everything I've found online is bulky, made of metal or plastic and i'd prefer something small and maybe made of leather.

Any ideas?

For what it may be worth, I have sets similar to these that I bought a long time ago-

True, they are plastic, but they work great and I haven't broken one yet.
Be sure to get ones like those that will loop around the seat belt.
Otherwise they will slip.

Ones like this won't hold the belt well enough-

They don't attach to the headrest, but they do keep the belt from strangling you or cutting into your neck.

When I get out of the car I just lay the seat belt buckle on the seat and when I get back in it is easy to grasp and fasten.

Very easy to grab the seatbelt by reaching low rather than high.

Like every sports car. You reach from the bottom (hip area) other than the usual over the top. 1st world problems
