How to remove water spots from clear bra

One of my cars is parked under my AC air handler which drips water. Well, it appears to be leaving spots in the clear bra. What will remove them without damaging the clear bra?

Now I leave a towel on the hood, so I have the fix, but how to get it back looking like new?

This is what was recommended to me by my clear bra installer. Its gods gift to them. Worked to clean, shine and protect the bra. Its like unicorn juice.

I’ve used Carpro water spot remover on my car, both the coated PPF and coated paint with success. It’s citric acid based.

CLR will work too if they’re really bad.

Thanks for the replies. I ordered all of them. Hopefully it isn't permanently damaged.

You can also try the Xpel PPF cleaner.

So far i have tried Carpro, 2 different brands of detail spray, Hybrid V7, and the PPF cleaner the installer had given me and NO luck with any. My order for Plexus should be arriving tomorrow. Hopefully that does the trick.

I have used a 1 to 1 solution of vinegar and water to remove nasty water spots.

Did you try CLR? This stuff dissolves really thick mineral deposits of all sorts. Dilute in distilled water first and if it doesn't work you can try full strength. Use an eyedropper on the spot and let it sit for 10 seconds. If you get any kind of bubbles/foaming, then it's working. Sometimes this stuff has to be in direct contact for a few moments (not wiped with a cloth) to do its magic.

If nothing is working at all then perhaps the PPF may be etched...

Update, tried the Plexus and tried 50/50 Vinegar water mix and tried straight vinegar and only slight improvement. When the wife gets home I will ask where she hid the CLR and try that. Was just waiting to try the what I think to be the harshest last.

Try citric acid instead of vinegars it's less harsh on plastic

You can also claybar a clear bra.

Guess I can try that too. Between the water spots and the Love Bugs I have to clean it twice a day

Well, didn't have any CLR, but did have lime away. It worked better but some still remain. Guess it's etched in. Only thing I forgot was to clay like someone mentioned.
