What am I looking at here
Went to top off fluids in my Zl1 today. Noticed there is a tank underneath the coolant tank with a very tiny filler neck labeled dexcool. There is nothing on it anywhere that I can see that indicates what level this tank should be at. I looked at owners manual that said reference the perf addendum. Nada. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Top tank should be full, bottom should not be empty.

look closely for the reference...it is there. If you look from the driver's side, you can see a distinct line just a little above the bottom. This lower tank is just minimally full compared to the upper tank.
