Wireless Charger

I have a 2018 Camaro 2LT which did not come with the wireless charger in the back. Does any one of you know if I can install the wireless charger in the back? I saw a listing in eBay that is selling the whole piece, but will I need to do any modifications before installing?

Dont waste your time with it. Most phones wont fit in it unless they are really small

Don't waste your $$$. It's one of those features that sounds cool and you think you want it, but once you have it you will never use it.

Wile a standard size Galaxy S9 will charge, you must a) have no case or a very slim case on the phone, and b) remove the rubber pad and set it at a goofy angle. And then the first corner you go around will have the phone fly off and land on the back seat or worse: fall down between the seats onto the floor.

Besides, you cannot use Waze on Android Auto/Carplay thru the mylink without a wired connection.

I upgraded mine to the wireless pad that works with the iPhone X. Unless you actually plan on using it then it’s pointless. Keep in mind the charging rate wirelessly is slower than the USB connection. I swapped pads just because I like for everything in my car to actually work, not because I plan on using it. But it does hold the iPhone X.
