ZL1 tie down points

Hey guys,

Searched this thread looking for the best location to tie down my 2018 ZL1 into a friends enclosed trailer without the track system. The trailer has 2 D rings in the front and 2 in the rear. They are not inline with the wheels, but are more to the center of the trailer. We have 2" ratchet straps with hooks. He also has a winch in the floor in the front of the trailer.

Possibly go through the wheels if I can make it work?
Some posts mentioned the control arms?

Trailering from central BC, through the Rocky Mtns to Calgary, AB. Will be a windy rd with several elevation changes and weather conditions.

Would like to get it tied down real good.

Will prob use winch through tow hook as added security too !

Any advice would be appreciated.

I’d go with MAC’s tie downs through the wheels if I didn’t have E-Track.

Used ratchet straps thru wheels with soft cloths.
