Anyone know if it has an air straightener for the MAF?
If it does NOT have an air straightener it will surge on you. -Bobby

With the hood open and with that new intake that has access to all that open air flow - not to mention a huge fan cooling and blowing air on the intake - how can the results be the same with the hood closed? -

Pretty typical CAI gains on a dyno as far as area under the curve and overall gain. Be wary of dyno gains with just a CAI. Our cars do not drive down the road with their hoods open and a giant fan blowing air into the engine compartment in the real world.
