Electronic sound — I’m not crazy!!!

About a month ago I noticed this strange electronic sound coming from under the hood of my car when it’s parked in the garage a few hours after I get home. At first I thought I was crazy, but I was finally able to capture it on video. You can hear it at about the 20-second mark and again around 1:14. I haven’t noticed any check engine lights coming on or anything odd when I’m driving it. It’s truly just a few hours later after the car is cool in the garage. It happens very intermittently and unpredictably. The car has about 39,000 miles. Pay no attention to the clicking sound that you hear in the background: that’s a relay opening and closing on a kiln that I have firing in the back of the garage. Any ideas?

Yes!!! Thank you Gunkk. So normal? Or should I be bugging the dealership about it the next time I go in?

Yeah, strange for sure, and annoying. But IMO normal.

You’re more than welcome to ask your dealer of course if you’re confident in their competence.
