Best aftermarket site and exhaust question

Just picked up my SS yesterday. Just curious what the best (cheapest, best customer service, shipping speed etc) site for aftermarket parts is. After hearing that sweet sweet v8 I've decided I want a muffler delete.

On that note, im assuming it's the tthe same as my WRX and requires no tune, but does it void warranty or throw any CEL's? Also since it needs to be cut off and welded, will muffler shops even do it?

You guys have all been great so far! Best forum ever!

You are exactly right. I ask a question on the ZL1 forum and a smartass with less posts then me said do a search. And come to find out he had done to his ZL1 what I was asking. ASSHOLES!

Axle back mods will not throw a CEL and a tune is not needed. Check out the forum sponsor section... lots of really good vendors on this site that offer discounts, good info and support.

Juiced Motorsports aka Jason is also very good . I had questions when I ordered my Whipple and Elite catch can quickly and thoroughly answered all my questions with very fast turn around. I have the NPP Flowmaster exhaust so far happy with it, but might go with the Borla or Hooker Blackheart 304 stainless over 409.

IMHO, a straight muffler delete sounds like ass. It is a beautiful car, replace the muffler with a cat back or axlback. Lots of great choices, Borla, Corsa, AHR, Kooks, and AWE all have lots of options and are good quality. Worth it to spend the money for a good system rather than just hack off the muffler. Congrats on your purchase.
