What would you do to your car with $10,000?
I'm looking for guidance on what to do with a little extra cash. I don't think I will go the the drag strip very often. I just want to have extra power when I want it. I also want to do what is going to be best for the engine long term. I have a 2018 2ss a8.

What are your current mods? Daily driver? Summer/nice weather only? Can you do your own work?

It isn't a daily driver. I mainly drive it on weekends. Only thing I have done is muffler delete. I live in NC so weather isn't terrible but I don't drive it in bad weather but we don't get it much. My buddy is a lead tech at the Chevy Dealership so most of that work we can do. Only thing I will need is a good tune.

Sounds like you want to stay NA. Pray performance has heads/cam pkgs. I'm sure he has e85 stuff too I'd also have him tune everything. Definitely run your goals by him or a reputable shop from this forum.

You sound like a good candidate for a LT4 blower conversion from ADM or Weapon X. I would also consider a JMS booster, Ls3 crank seal, and a catch can. If you plan on wanting to make big power 700+ later on then a Maggie, Whipple, or D1/Novi kit would be a better starting point. But the LT4 blower is a good efficient piece for low boost applications.

Would say a Whipple and lt4 fuel upgrade be in my price range? Maybe some headers also. I know this will be a slow process but I just want to start off on the right track.

Your best bet is to email or message all the vendors on here and see what kind of a price you can get for the various supercharger systems available. I know everyone gets hung up on what they have but really most all of the kits are capable of exceeding your goals reliabily. You would be surprised at how good of a deal you can get. I was in your shoes recently and so close to pulling the trigger on a Whipple kit because I saw it as the best bang for the buck. When I checked prices I was actually able to get the new Edelbrock TVS2650 for a few hundred less which really surprised me. I certainly wouldn’t exclude a Magnacharger, Procharger, or ECS system or even the very capable, excellent value, LT4. All the fore mentioned kits can exceed the capabilities of your drivetrain and fuel system when turned up. Tick performance had the best price by a mile when I made my purchase but that’s not to say some of the others might not have a great deal going. That was just my case. Good luck

Check out our stage 3 package or our stage 4 package. These are some nice complete set ups for big power and reliability. You can order them online or have them installed at our shop. If that's not exactly what you are looking for we can customize any package that suits your needs.

If you shop around yes you can do that for 10-11k. Teembeefcake had Whipple tuner kits for 5900.00 over the holidays. So you could do the LT4 fuel system, supporting mods, install and tune close to that budget. That is exactly why I ended up going Whipple. Most of the Supercharger kits available are capable of making good power and maxing out the stock fuel system. Get the unit you can get a good deal on and put the savings towards the fuel system.

Low boost supercharger, I would even consider the LT4 conversion, catted headers 1 and 7/8, spark plugs and wires, wrap the starter, catch can, if you go PD, I'd do a filter and box... and a tune.

Doing it once and doing it right, I could not in good conscience suggest getting boost. You can, however, go all motor. But, again, you should spend a fair amount of that money on suspension, wheel and tire upgrades if appropriate for your goals before you start chasing power.
For instance, I'm nearly full bolt on and I can't really get traction at all on the low end, even in second gear. My next steps are to address the slightly loose suspension components in the back end. Yes, I get that I have a 1LE and its suspension is pretty squared away but, it could always be improved. At this point, I'm focusing all of my attention underneath the car before I attempt to add more power to it. Right now, the power I have is relatively worthless. edit: I may have found the culprit to my persistent traction woes. It seems it likely has nothing to do with my tires, suspension, etc. I'll report back if I actually figured it out.
