Lighting mods...who is the best?

I’d like to install some ghosted side markers. Oracle and Hero and Diode Dynamics sell them with a significant price difference! Anybody have these and what do you think about them?

Tried Big Worm smoked marker lights didn't like'm went Diode and never looked back.

Also tried Oracle front turn signal bulbs, no bueno. Went Diode with them as well.

I'm actually going through the same decision, I've been told the Diodes are the best choice.

On the DD site it mentions the inline resistor harness for bulbs like back up, side marker and license plate bulbs, those all are not blinking, do they really need the resistors ?

What is everyone's opinion on how well the DD smoked side markers match the 1LE smoked tails?

Yes, I did the side-makers before the wheels.

This winter I'm re-working my engine bay. Red calipers are also on the horizon.

I don't have resistors on mine. I'm not using DD if that makes a difference but it shouldn't matter.

just for the back up lights. You just need one resistor on one side.

I did diode dynamics smoked markers led, reaverse light led with Gen5 DIY harness, and diode dynamics tag lights. Really nice stuff
