Exclamation Big Gulp Series Cold Air Intakes by Roto-fab

Roto-fab is excited to introduce the Big Gulp Series of cold air intake systems! The Big Gulp CAI was designed to feed the air demands of the fastest Camaros in the world. Don’t leave horsepower on the table - get the most out of your modifications with these key air intake design features:

- Big Gulp CAI was custom designed to fit 2016-19 Camaro SS with a supercharger and 2017-19 Camaro ZL1. As with all Roto-fab products, you can expect the fitment and product quality that your car deserves!

- Our innovative air box coupling method allows for solid mounting to the air box as the system transitions from our 6” air filter clamping surface. This coupling design also effectively seals out unwanted engine heat!

- Air box seals effectively to the hood which allows for maximum air filter size and air box volume! It also utilizes the full factory air inlet to ensure low IATs and maximize performance.

- Roto-fab is well known for having the best performing 6th Gen Camaro CAI on the market. We deliver outstanding performance, superior quality, and first class customer service to every Roto-fab customer.

- Standard hardware for this system includes a 5” to 4 ¼“ hose coupler for larger throttle bodies. 4” adapter is sold separately for the factory throttle body. We use 100% silicone hose couplers to ensure lasting product quality!

- Custom fabricated inlet elbow to maximize performance and airflow cross-section. We also incorporated an oversized breather port to further accommodate high-horsepower applications. Our polymer duct work is also effective in reducing heat transfer.

- Due to increased air flow, the Big Gulp Series CAI systems require a custom tune for your vehicle.

The Big Gulp CAI series has already shown gains of up to 30 RWHP over our standard CAI system on a heavily modified 6th Gen ZL1. Whether you are just getting your build started, or adding a final touch to your car, this CAI is sure to impress. We are excited to take aftermarket performance to the next level with the Roto-fab Big Gulp Series!

Sounds like a nice CAI, any infringement issues with the “Big Gulp” with 7-11 though?

My version of my own “Big Gulp”. My mod parts cost me just a little over $100. Before I added the Holley High Rise I had a Roto Fab on my build. Previous Gen 5 I also had a Roto Fab Installed, great product BTW.

I have Roto-Fabs standard SC CAI, you could throw the big gulp on my whippled Camaro for comparison between the 2 Roto-Fab CAI's for a SC application. Plus this thing has been tuned by CSP, so same tuner and dyno.

Also going to be installing the items below in the coming month and will be back down for tuning:

NW 103 TB
LT4 Low side pump
Kooks 2" LT no cats, jet hot coated
Granatelli plug wires with heat sheilds
Fresh set of NGK-6509 plugs
DSS HD axles
Gforce drive shaft
PCM of NC Manual Fan Switch
