Magnsuon IAT at night?
With those who have a Magnuson, what sort of IAT are you seeing last night? It was around 78 degrees outside last night and I was seeing IAT of 120-130 with a air temp of 95-100 on the freeway going around 65 - which seemed higher than normal for moderate traffic.
I was also smelling coolant in traffic.. but didn't find any obvious leaks.

Those are good IAT's in that temp range in traffic. If your stacked up in traffic your not getting as much air to the heat exchanger. Hope you find he coolant leak, could be engine coolant also. Hopefully the installers put in two different cooler coolants, that way you can see the color and figure out which might be leaking. I always do a green or yellow in the intercooler and the stock red in the engine.

This is like one of those "Life Pro Tips" for everyone with a separate cooler system...

Yeah just wondering if its another symptom to the problems I am having with my Magnuson supercharger. The IAT's seemed higher than previous in the same trafffic. Also my IAT's went down by quite a few degrees with I turned on my AC, which I had not noticed before.
I think the core of my Magnuson issue is the mega commute of the SF bay area. 4 to 5 hours a 3-4 days a week in stop and go traffic, I think it might have worn some stuff out on the blower in the commute.

You shouldn't of wore anything out unless you are over driving it. These blowers should go 100k miles with routine maintenance and not have any issues for what they cost imo. GM put Eaton M90's on top of 3800 V6 engines back in the late 90's and early 2k. They were very reliable and lasted as long as the engine. Shouldn't be any different here...especially with lower boost levels.
