Mid Pipe Question(s)

I have 1 7/8 kooks,off-road connections, and mbrp axle backs.

Now the questions I read our cars already have a x pipe but possibly placed to far back. I am wondering if any one is running an h pipe? Or for people that went aftermarket x pipe did it improve noise levels at all. I am looking for a little bit more and a bit deeper of a tone.

Thank you in advance

Do some research on x-pipe and mid pipes, there are different options out there to fit your preference. If I were you that's the route I would go, that will delete your second cats assuming you still have them & should give you the extra sound you're looking for.

Op has headers and off road connection pipes... kinda doubt he has cats.

Maybe 2-3 hp....

It will smooth exhaust pulses and have a higher note.

I think you can't go wrong with either one.

Thanks for input. Would you put in same spot or more it up closer to the header. Read a thread on it but never a clear understanding.

I think it's better the closer it is to the headers. Not too sure though
