Help with CEL

I had my 30,000 mile service done at 30,990 so if anything was wrong would be covered. Since then I have had a CEL. Never had one until they cleaned the pistons/TB, cleaned out the carbon and added all these additives. The code states it's a cold start misfire. They did a system recalibration, checked EVERYTHING they claim they cant find shit. Could it just be the gas. I read some post that Exxon gas caused there CELwhich I'm trying to burn out. The car actually runs better after the service though. Its not a flashing CEL its steady. I want it off regardless any ideas
