Can I retain the cats with lt headers?

Is it possible to install lt headers and retain either one of the cats? Which one has better flow?

You can buy high flow cat connection pipes for some brands of headers but it’s not possible to keep you stock cats with long tube headers.

I like these...

I have TSP 1 7/8 longtube headers with the catted connection pipes that mikey1107 refers to. One thing to be aware of, these pipes don't have 02 bung on them so you will need to make your own if you need the 2nd set of 02 sensors. The catted X pipe from TSP does have the 02 bungs. These catted connection pipes flow much better than OE cats.
