Simpson hybrid S head & neck restraint for sale
Only used for four events. Selling because I installed a rollbar and harnessed.

Simpson calls it a "small" ... i am 6'2 and 200lbs with a 42in jacket size. I can wear it with or without a sweatshirt comfortably.
