Question 2016 and 2017 vs 2018

Hi All,

Anyone know the difference between 2016/2017 and the 2018 models?

I see a lot of parts on phastek that say 2016 and 2017 only but not for the 2018 and some are for all 3.

I thought those 3 years were the exact same.

Anyone know?

MY2018 has a washer fluid level sensor. Besides that I think the only differences are colors and available packages (like 1LE for 2SS came later)

One thing I noticed going from my '16 SS to my '17 SS 1LE is that the Chevy connect has a different display. My '16, when you started it, was blue and black and in a different font. My '17 is white and black, with a Gold Chevy chevron.

So, there must be fairly significant module/programming differences between the model years.

I doubt that the wiring is much different.

Update: they responded and said the following:

"There was a design change that we are having to account for.

The reverse camera has a different module on the 2018 models that causes the camera to stay on. We should have the updated version late this month or early next month."

Interesting.

There are actually a ton of stupid little programming/module/wiring changes for the 18. No exterior stuff.
