D1SC head unit in satin w satin bracket

Regular gears (don't care who hears what I have)

Upgraded to the race valve for around $260 or something because racecar.

No balancer upgrade for me

I went stage II for the larger intercooler and with the D1 because if I ever decide to step into a larger head unit later there will always be a market for people with the P1SC units looking to possibly upgrade, just my personal way of thinking, some might not agree.

If you are looking for good prices on a kit DM me and I will link you where I got my kit, I got a great deal on it with the upgrades and 3 year extended warranty

P1SC - Satin / Bang for the buck
Helical cut - Didnt' want to sound like I was grinding up marbles under the hood
RaceBypass - scares old ladies and small children
No Balancer
Stage 2 Intercooler = I live in Florida!.

P-1X - Satin - 10+HP more than P1SC at same boost
Helical cut - I also hope it doesn't sound like marbles
std bypass -
Balancer - didn't know about this option. maybe if shop says it's worth it.
Stage 2 Intercooler - 10+HP more than std at same boost. Plus it's better

can anyone do me a favor and post up some sound clips of how the car sounds with and without helical gear set? at idle preferred? maybe a rev or two? I'm looking to go boost very soon.

this is a video of a p1 with straight gears, you can hear the noise people speak of towards the end of the video when the idle goes down.

This is one with the helical cut on a d1 Camaro according to description

My biggest regret is not getting Race Bypass valve.. As if you just get the stock one you can't upgrade to the race valve later as from what I was told the stage 2 inter cooler is cut differently with the options. . I was unaware of this so totally regret I didn't just spend the extra and get it. Specially after hearing it and then hearing mine.. I am loud anyways might as well have the awesome air discharge noise!

There's a muffler that can be removed in the std bypass valve to make it louder.

see thread...https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=526263

P1X because of great street manners & never plan on over 750whp which should get me to my goal.

stage2 intercooler because the colder the air the better,

Race valve because that shoooosh is just cool and makes this 52 yr old smile (black) because I like it

4.00 pulley because thats all the fuel system can handle for now!

HorsePowerAddicts will give u a good deal great guys!!!

Pick your valve from the start because the intercooler flanges are different for the different valves if you change your mind later you will have to have a different flange welded on!

P1X
Stage 2 for the Intercooler
Regular Valve...however I hear mine all the time, not sure what everyone is talking about with the race valve sounding better.
Regular Pulley
Regular Gears
Didn't get the balancer.
