Car running slightly rough after installs?

So I need some assistance or thought process.... Reason why I'm putting this here is because I'm forced inducted so some of you have done the same thing as I have.

1) I pretty much broke my car out of winter mode, had some colder plugs installed and gapped by Ted J. recommended plugs/gapping for my Maggie set up. I also installed a 1 size smaller pulley, and a E2-X catch can by Elite engineering. The car was running find last week from when my good friend installed it at the Chevy dealer he works at. Car sat until this morning. Granted it didn't quite fully warm up to optimal temps and I only work like 2 miles down the street. So didn't know.
2) This still has the same tank of 93 Shell octane with stabil since last September.
3) I have an appointment next Friday to get the car re-tuned for the new add ons that I have done. so I'm sort of babying it.
4) no check engine light or nothing, when I'm actual driving seems to be a faint stutter, but you can notice it at idle. you can feel the engine sorta stumble randomly. I don't know I guess its hard to explain. So any pointers would be helpful. I don't feel like there is a vacuum leak from the catch can. I would assume if there was it would be really bad and a possible check engine light.

Get the old gas out of it. I just went through the same issue with my tuner. Old gas probably killed my O2 sensor. So he had to drain and fill the tank and slap a new O2 in it to finish tuning it. Couldn’t get nearly enough timing in it without the knock sensors pulling more because of the old gas.

That's what I'm hoping. seems like the most logical aspect of it anyway. I'll need to drive it as much as I can to get that old stuff out. Everything else I was very, I mean very anal about getting it to the "T".

Could have broken one of the plugs or could have a crack in the porcelain.

I would say its tune and fuel related honestly. If this was after the tune it would lead me to think a mechanical issue with a vacuum leak etc.
