Elite Engineering no one home??

has anyone tried to reach out to Elite Engineering lately? I left them a v-mail on Tuesday as I want to purchase a can and the recording said that they would get back with in 24hrs.

I just spoke with them a few weeks ago about the 2nd vacuum source for my can.

reason why I am tying to contact them, I have specific questions that they may able to answer where as a vendor may not know. (guess it doesn't hurt to give a vendor a shot). but would like to know the questions I have direct from the horses mouth.

+1 on difficulty catching someone in the office. I need one of the circular clamps they are supplying with their newest can ( the E-2X I think).

Don't want the whole system, just the clamp.

Maybe they could drop me a PM about price?

well I've tried daily to call over there with the 2 different numbers they offer. no go. If and when I get a hold of someone I can reference this thread as there are many people inquiring about their contact.

So, Monday, I called again to all numbers, left emails to both emails and I received a call back right away. I was never rude during the process and was treated excellent. I guess they have a ton going on. Matter of fact the questions that I had, a member of the R&D team from Florida called and answered all of my questions, then he had a sales guy from Colorado (I think). so I bought one. I also told them, that there were people on the forum that had questions.
