ZL1 1LE Wing

Has anyone put the ZL1 1LE spoiler wing on their SS yet??? Really want to see what it looks like. Also, would it function the same as if on the ZL1?

IMHO, the thing is gaudy, but since it works as a cohesive unit with the large splitter, dive planes, etc. on the ZL1 1LE, I can tolerate it. To simply attach one to the trunk lid of a lesser Camaro, just seems forced. To each their own.

No, because on the ZL1, they have balanced the downforce in the back with additional downforce in the front. Without that extra front downforce, its very possible the car would not handle as well, likely understeering.

That wing is the only thing preventing me from buying the car. I wonder if there is a delete option, or the option for something a bit less flashy..

If that is he only thing preventing you from buying it, buy a zl1 1le in white and I'll swap trunk lids with you.

Or buy any color and I'll pay the cost for a body shop to shave it and repaint in exchange for old wind.

No joke I will work this out if interested.
