Do I need to reinforce shafts for ~800ish rwhp?

Hello,

My target is ~800ish rwhp with 93oct + meth and forged engine.
I am wondering if I should change drive shaft and axle shaft for it.

and furthermore, A8 mission.

Frankly, my A8 seems got some little slip at gear changing. (rev is going up , down and up again slightly after changing gears, especially 5th and 6th gear changing) as I got 650 rwhp.

Is there any way to reinforce A8? or just using the better oil?

The driveshaft and axles are more about how hard you launch it. I am around 750rwhp and running high 9’s but leaving a little soft and all that stuff is fine. I would say around a 1.5 60’ you will want to upgrade.

My a8 is stock and I have been told by a number of people about 800 is the safe limit of a stock a8. I am turning my car up this winter and going for 1000+. For that I was told to go with Steven at 42autosports. He told me they have a few cars pushing 1200rwhp. Cost is $2350. I don’t know what they do.

My car is a little over 900 rwhp right now and I’ve made a handful of passes at that power level on stock axles cutting a pb of 1.35 but I did bend some of the driveshaft flange bolts

M6 or A8?

and to get to that hp # which are you doing meth, race fuel, or port injection on top of the LT4 fuel system?

Stock a8 besides circle d converter and I have direct port meth with 9th nozzle before throttle body and lt4 high side and low side and a secondary external low side pump triggered by boost
