1LE satin hood

I've been reading that the Adams quick detailer is probably the best option for taking care of the hood, but I can't always clean it myself due to not having a driveway. Does anyone know if certain car wash packages that include the "liquid wax droplets/polish will harm the satin finish?

Thanks!

Learn to do a Rinseless - see the link in my sig. McKee’s Rinseless will leave nothing on the finish.

Don’t overthink this hood thing, you can have a tint shop redo the hood every year for a couple hundred bucks, vinyl is cheap.

The Adams Matte detailer works great on the hood .I first use a silicone squeegee to get the water off of the hood then spray the matte detailer and finish. I wouldn't use anything with a wax in it on the hood . I am on my second 1le and have learned a lot with what works and don't on the hood and the Adams matte detailer and squeegee is key .

Use it all the time on mine ... now mind you, I have Cquartz ceramic coating on my hood and all over my car. Stuff works great!! You could throw cat shit over the hood and it would catch fire as it flies off the other side!!

I use Adams waterless/rinseless wash for the hood and the matte detailer is great but I think the even better product is their matte protectant. You use that once a month or so and it will go a long ways to actually protecting the wrap and sealing contaminants out. As Glen said, learn the rinse-less method and worst case you spend $200 every couple years to have it redone.
