You did well. Just got out of a LMR 750 '16 Z06. The Zl1 is bad.

Nice ride, looks familiar.

Just curious why you'd go from the Z06 to the ZL1, as I'm looking to go the other way in a couple/few years.

I know the trans in the ZL1 is better, but other than that, and having something resembling rear seats that I use occasionally, the Z06 seems like it's an upgrade.

Everything I've heard people talk about, the ZL1 is the better car for the price. Better power, better getting in/out, more room, etc...

I love the new Stingray cars....but I can't justify the expense for what amounts to second best imo...

I went from a 13 zl1 to a 15 Z06 and for me having no kids it was a great move. My dad still has a carbon copy of the car I had and when we switch there is a noticeable difference just in handling alone. He even likes the seats better in my car. His car puts down just over 600 at the wheels so its a little more than what my Z06 was stock. Is it worth the extra coin thats debatable but i will say the natural next step for me is the zr1 and I started thinking. For me to get the ZR1 i would have to trade my car with over 14k in extras plus give another 60k in cash so I am looking to get a ZL1 1LE and keep my Z06 as its about the same so I hear you on the bang for buck. At the end of the day the ZL1 and the Z06 are both great cars but the Z06 has its performance advantages but it only seats 2.

I went with the ZL1 for the tranny, rarity, ground clearance, backseat and driver comfort. The Z06 was to narrow for me and my nuts where getting crushed when I sat in it lol.
