Cutout vibration

I just got a 3 inch cutout installed right after the down pipe and it vibrates the car like crazy when it's open, is that normal or should I have a heart attack?

Pretty normal if you dump under the car.

got mine yesterday but haven't had time to get it installed. Any pics of where u got it installed? or video ?

I know that when I had the DP installed with the straight pipe before adding the magnaflow sounded like a bad vibration on the exhaust but the muffler guy failed to install the bracket that holds the DP to the engine. so I went back and added the magnaflows and had him install the bracket. I just assumed that missing bracket was the reason for all that vibration.

Without that bracket, the whole weight of the front half of the exhaust is hanging on the turbo... Recipe for disaster...

Alright cool, I drove it around a little bit and I'm getting use to it. Maybe I was over reacting

Does the turbo spin up faster with the cutout open?

Post a pic of the install. Anytime you have the exhaust routed toward the ground typically causes the vibration you're talking about. The prior owner of my 2002 Sunset Orange WS6 had installed a cutout right before the rear axle, and it pointed downward toward the ground. The whole car vibrated like crazy during WOT runs.
