there was another thread about this where a few people had issues with the connector causing CELs or something, although when it worked its supposed to be amazing. I would really like to hear how many people if any have never had problems with it. I would insta buy it if there was a good chance it worked with no issues.

I've got it on mine and really like it. Still trying to learn all the different tuning/adjustments to do to get it really dialed in, but the stock config it comes with is pretty good.

There are at least a half a dozen threads on the DSC controller in this sub-forum. Do a search and you'll find them. Your best bet is go to corvettefourm and search in the C7 section. Tons of info and a 50 page+ thread on the controller. It took me a while to truly understand why this controller is so much better than the stock BCM. Dynamic control is its forte.
Absolutely no problems with the unit since I installed it. I've had mine about 3-4 months now and I can say it makes a noticeable, but not dramatic difference, at least on the street. Touring mode is definitely more compliant and the launch settings do help some with traction. Expect a long learning curve if you want to fine tune it, but as mjwill24 said, the new stock configuration is pretty darn good right out of the box. The nice thing is you can store the base tune on your laptop and play with the settings at will; a good way to learn what's going on. I'm going to put on my 1LE suspension kit this spring on my 2016 SS and the controller will allow me to adapt to the new setup with ease. |
