Commanding fuel pump on
Im looking to put some better ethanol content fuel in the car and dont wanna drive it around to empty whats in there already. I am disconnecting the fuel supply line over the intake manifold to drain the fuel into a can. Anybody know what i need to do here in HPT scanner to command the fuel pump on? Not sure what to do I know theres the in tank lo side and the high pressure pump under the intake manifold.

Did anybody get this to work. Just tried it on Hptuners myself and fuel pump does not turn on.

I was able to use the fuel pump activation through HP Tuners. Worked fine.

I’d like to know this as well. And are you disconnecting the fuel line above the IM and filling a jug?

I had my Camaro on a lift so I disconnected the line just in front of the fuel tank under the car. I had a scrap line with the correct fitting that I cut off that I stuck in the line with some rubber hose to run to a gas can.
