Hello i have camaro 2016 rs
And i want to get android auto But my dealer don't have any update for my link . How can update it.any one can send me update and i do it my self.or any ideas |

Your dealer will probably have to contact GM to get the update sent to them, then you'll have to have the dealer do the update to your car. As far as I know, there is no way to do the update yourself. Sorry man.

To get the Android update to the MyLink system the dealer has to get the software upgrade from GM to install. In my case a GM person came to my dealership where I bought the car and they installed the update.

The original 16's didn't have it yet and we had to have them do an update after it came out. The update is free since the car was sold as it being a feature of the car. If they call GM, they will be given the info on how to flash it. The update took almost 2 hrs to complete and the mechanic, service manager and I were there more than an hour past closing waiting for it to finish, so i don't recommend taking it over for the last appointment of the day.

I would choose another dealership. So you're telling me they didnt update their inventory with the update when it rolled out over a year ago?
