All sorts of problems.

My car is having all sorts of problems. I recently created a thread about my recent start up issue and my car has been to the dealer multiple times and no fix.Now my rpm gauge is jumping all over the place when I'm stopped at an red light. I live my Camaro and I just got my body kit installed. And I am considering filing for lemon. I attached a video and a pic of my car what should I do because the dealer is not fixing anything.

First elevate this with a regional service rep. Get them involved.

Second look possibly at another dealer.

Before you even think of calling an attorney, contact (in order) in writing:

1. The service manager
2. The general manager
3. The owner
4. The GM regional manager

in each written contact, politely describe the issues & copy the guy above person to whom you are writing. Continue this format up the chain.

This is what any attorney will tell you. To what address should I send my invoice (but I'm not a "legal beagle").

Agreed....go see #2 above in person, not email or phone call. Also realize the dealer doesn't care at all if you file lemon law, because they don't have any dog in the hunt, GM is the one that will cut the check. So they just watch the whole thing happen.
