Cold Start Popping Noise When Reversing

Has anyone had an issue with a popping sound when reversing on a cold start? It doesn't happen every time but when it happens I'll start to let out the clutch to reverse but it feels like something is getting hung up and doesn't want to let the car roll. I have to give it a little gas and then it makes a loud pop and rolls normally. After that it doesn't happen the rest of the day I'm driving it. I changed the diff fluid a few weeks ago thinking that would do the trick but it happened again recently. The car only has 1800 miles and the diff fluid was changed around 1500 miles.

Never heard a noise like that. That's a dealer visit for sure.
