Vehicle Location Data
I'm currently in the process of fighting a false insurance claim against my ZL1. Is there anyway that vehicle GPS/Date/Time can be pulled from the vehicle, is there a log of it saved? I know that's pretty in depth, but it would be a great help to my situation if there was a way to access it. If anyone knows, please chime in. Thanks!

You should be able to do a records request to Onstar or subpoena the records. Since you are attempting to gather data about your own car, you should be able to request the data after showing proof of ownership. Id suggest calling Onstar.
Here is what I found on their legal compliance page: HOW TO CONTACT US If you have concerns or questions regarding GM's consumer privacy practices or this Privacy Statement, please press the blue button in your vehicle, visit our website(s), or call us at 1-866-MYPRIVACY (1-866-697-7482) or 1-888-4ONSTAR (1-888-466-7827) for OnStar questions. If they give you the run around too much, just call any plaintiff’s attorney who focuses in car crashes. They will know what to do.

I switched to custom plates in May, a claim was filed in July under the original plate number from when I bought the car. So the proof in fact, should be that the vehicle was no longer associated with the plate that was filed under the hit and run claim against me. The date of the supposed incident, the vehicle was never driven, so that's where this location data would be the end all of end all, I would think. If I keep getting run around, I might have to get an attorney involved, because the 'hit and run' aspect of it leaves me in legal trouble. It's a huge wash, all bs.
BTW, contacted OnStar, the only location data they said they could give is actual location now. No history or logs stored supposedly. I'm lost though, I mean with everything big brother is watching, there's gotta be a way I would think.

At some point, if it were me, I'd refuse to entertain any further dialogue about it. But that's when I'd have another Insurance company already. Your insurance company should be fighting for you. If they aren't, then get another Insurance company before they drop you.

I'm waiting to hear back from my claims person. I just wanted to see if there was a way to get a definite jump on it. Will know something soon.

Did you cancel your older plates with the DMV when your new ones came in?
