For me, yes. A smaller version may not appear so dominate. At the end of they day it's all about what you think! If it makes you happy then it is a good thing, screw the rest of us and our opinions.

How about on the back, like below the center brake light? IDK. If you are going to put it on the side, i'd replace the current badge.

I wouldn't personally put it anywhere. I like how subtle the stock badge (shield) is. It doesn't need a big CAMARO logo on it.
Definitely don't like it inside. |
