Procharger turnaround time

Ordered mine on Monday through the guys at Jannetty (I'll be ordering more from them simply because of the level of service I got). So pretty basic question. When did you order yours and how long did it take to arrive? I feel like a child waiting for Christmas.

My order was placed on May 8th and it was delivered on the 23rd. I had to wait an extra day or two because they ran out of stock on the upper charge pipe. Probably not a common issue though.

Longest wait of my life. lol

Haha tell me about it!

Just out of curiosity I see a throttle controller listed in your sig. does that help much? I ask because we will have a very similar setup.

Actually I never had a chance to find out. I need to update my sig and remove it. I sold it this week actually. I had some tuning complications and wanted to eliminate any chance the controller was causing part of the problem so I removed it and just never bothered putting it back on.

I was just about to put it back on the car when suddenly someone asked if I still had it for sale so I decided to part with it.

Honestly, when I had it installed. A first it was a noticeable improvement but after a couple weeks I forgot it was even there. You adapt to it so quickly.

Since we don't make "cookie cuter kits"
Each system is built PER order.

So your blower, is literally BORN just for you.

We usually are about a 7-10 day time frame, to ship.
(business days)

And shipping is ground standard, I guess if someone is in a crazy hurry you could make it 2 day, and speed it up a tiny bit. BUT, I doubt it would be worth it.

Got a call from my dealer saying that there is a hold up because they need to check production on the stage 2 intercoolers. That's pretty upsetting. I'm not sure if that means they are out of stock or if they haven't received them yet from whoever is manufacturing the intercoolers? Regardless I wish this was something that would have been mentioned when the order was placed. I almost feel as if the kit shouldn't be sold if the parts aren't available to be able to complete it. I guess it just kind of stinks paying for anything in general and not physically having it in your possession. Especially something this expensive. Then again maybe I just got myself overly excited like a kid on Christmas and it's not the end of the world.

Obviously this isn't like a life threatening medication I need to survive, it's a toy and can wait. Just a little confused is all.

Some dealers don't charge more then a deposit on systems till they ship.
Others charge full amount, its just up to how they run their business.
We don't charge our dealers for anything till it leaves our docks.
So thus, nobody wants stuff to leave more than we do.

We manufacture all intercoolers here in house, usually we build up stock of them... however currently each is basically built to order due to the amount of orders coming in. No time to build up stock.

There has been a delay in getting the cores for the STG2, however, dealers were made aware of it. (And I believe they have already talked to you about your order, and an upgrade to the race unit)

All that being said, we still have one of the fastest shipping times from the time we get an order from a dealer. (Especially for each system being built to order per customer... not some off the shelf pre-boxed kit)

For more details just keep in touch with your dealer, and get ready to enjoy alllll of that BOOOOOOST.
