Upgraded ZL1 Pulley
Has anyone upgraded their Pulley on the supercharger to get more boost? I'm struggling to find some options out there and curious to see what others have done.

My local shop that did my work did the below. Link to the work they performed.
Kooks, ATI 18%, RotoFAB and AEM Meth injection Looking at their dyno it put down quite a bit of power under the curve. https://www.flickr.com/photos/138619...h/35352502845/

I am going with a 15% lower. From a lot of reading here and on the Z06 forums much over that and you are really working our 1.7 supercharger pretty hard and getting into overspinning territory. Also making a lot of heat so need either e85 or meth to be efficient. Really more of meth at that point to help bring temps down some.
Personally I am going to run e85. I see it as being a safer choice. With a flex fuel sensor, if you cannot find e85 you will revert to a 93 or 91 map. With meth if you run out you had better stay out of the upper load range. Sure the ECU is supposed to protect the engine, but running out of meth if your tune depends on it can be very risky. I saw a lot of Evo guys blow engines up by running out of meth or pump failure... |

I have used meth for many years, I know what it can do. But if this is on a new ZL1, it's still not needed. Guys run this same simple bolt ons the C7 Z06 with out meth and the ZL1 has a 10 times better cooling system. To eachs his own.

A lot of heat for that small blower but controlling heat can be subjective I guess.
