Clunking noise
I have this clunking noise come from the left rear of the car, can only hear it when the top is up going slow (20MPH) over bumps. It sounds kind of heavy like a loose shock or something suspension oriented. The dealer had it for eight days and even though they heard it they couldn’t pin point where it was coming from. I am open to ideas as to what to look for.

Since it's related to the position of your top, did the dealership check all the connections with the top mechanisms?

I have a similar noise. I can make it clunk if i bounce the car but I have spent a ton of time under the car and cant find anything loose. Only thing I can't get to is the upper strut mount. Now to see if I can get to that. Anyone know if you can access it from the trunk?
