I love CF parts on a car everywhere except the front splitter. Because if the splitter gets damaged (and it will!) , you can't repair it to look like new. You just can't re-create the weave that is indigenous with carbon fiber. So you fill it, paint it, and now you have a black paint spoiler.

Pls correct me if I'm missing something here.....

I like them. I would be interested to see if anyone is ever going to make a hood that looks like the 3 gen IROC hood

I love CF very much. Either clear or even painted. The problem is, it is so danm expensive.

I don't mind the cost of the parts its the shipping that is keeping me from purchasing I still cannot stomach 450-500 to ship the 3 parts I want adds almost 30% to the cost

Glad to see a manufacturer go to the source and find out what a customer really wants! I'm always interested in a package that will create more uniform downforce with components working together, and score more points in D&E (Design and Engineering) segment of OPTIMA USCA events. Anderson Composites has all their CF parts on a competitor's Mustang, and it's pumped his score up! Even though he's a good guy, more I think about it, I don't want the same CF parts on my 2017 1LE! I'd like to see more aggressive aero packages with dive plates, and the industries only two-piece chin spoiler that allows me to add a bottom section at events, but remove when loading my car, or street driving. It needs to be attractive and not look as if something were missing when lower part is not attached. A very functional hood that vents heat, and offers a muscular appearance that says, "ZL1 1LE What?" A rear diffuser that effectively transitions under car high-velocity air with slow free-stream air hanging out at the rear of my car, so I can have more rear grip. I'd like Side skirts that keep high pressure air from rushing under the car and robbing downforce. This is another design I'd like to see in two-piece, with the lower somewhat flexible because it needs to be about 2 CM from race surface to be effective, otherwise, it's purely cosmetic. I want to see a manufacturer give function as much attention as looks. Two-piece designs can have first part provide most appearance, structure, and some function, with optional part 2 providing additional function us Camaro guys would like to have over those dirty stinking Mustangs! ; ) A rear spoiler with wicker bill that works with other components for added downforce, and wing for those who can run them. USCA rules do allow a wing, but falls under size/location restrictions. A slim side mirror would be cool, or a CF outer to replace factory plastic. Front fenders with vents might be nice! A deck lid nicely finished underneath, with and area made to accommodate an optional insert that can be painted, upholstered, covered, wrapped, or customized a zillion ways. Personally, I'd put a picture of Ricky Bobby there. Don't forget interior components, there's a lot of pieces that can be recreated in CF. One thing that needs to be brought to market now is an attractive fender flare to accommodate ZL1/1LE monster size tires on 19x11 front and 19x12 rear wheels. It's coming, and most of us are going to want that same performance advantage or look. When a good aero package is developed, flares need to work with it. The components you have now look great, and would certainly help me score desperately needed points in D&E, but my 1LE has a factory engineered aero balance with OEM components that have responded well to the addition of a wicker bill. I'd like to improve function and know it. I have a beta version of DSC Sports V2 magnetic ride controller, I'd be interested in recording shock data at various speeds with factory parts only, add my wicker bill, then add a complete aero package to see how much added downforce the shocks see at various speeds. That's real world, not wind tunnel guesstimates based on formulas that only engineers understand. Alrighty then, that's my short version, lol! If you'd like more of my crazy ideas, shoot me a message, and thanks for asking, not many do.

I do enjoy carbon fiber but, to an extent. There is always a tasteful limit and it seems that many times, people exceed that. I think tossing in hints of carbon fiber is far classier than an entire piece being exposed carbon. Such as the vents on the hood you posted. If the entire hood were painted but the vents and perhaps a "stripe" for lack of a better term, behind the vent, were still exposed, albeit clear coated carbon fiber, it would appear far classier than an entire exposed carbon fiber hood.

Also, for what its worth, I don't believe that flat/satin black is a classy look, either. It's a good look in certain applications but, classy isn't a way I would ever describe them.

I'll add this--if you guys made a non-gaudy, tasteful, albeit aggressive looking rear diffuser, regardless if it were in carbon fiber or not, I'd likely snag it. I've seen some of the other rear diffusers out there for our cars. They either miss the mark completely and look like they belong on the 10-13 Camaro's, or they look utterly ridiculous.

shipping on carbon fiber parts does get expensive but if they are our parts you are looking at pm me and ill help you!

we dont do any interior parts only exterior and most of our parts are for off road use or show use only but that doesnt mean they are wind tunnel tested sorry!

as for the hood alot of being paint the whole hood and leave the middle scoop expose and its a really nice look!

Here we go again... make a non-npp single tip diffuser already!!! I feel like a broken record begging every company out there to do this.
