How to track order?
Hello all I got my order number for my zl1 1le in Canada and just curious how do I track that so I know when I will be built and what not ??

Chevrolet.com has a "chat now" link at the bottom of the page. You can provide them your order number and ask for status from them directly.
Becky has a thread on this forum where you can post your order number, and she'll look up the status for you. Didn't know that. Why would Canada vs US effect looking up the status of the order? I would expect the factory to have a single computer system to track all of its builds. Just curious.

It's the 6 letter/digit number? Chevy chat can track it but it has to be .ca not .com.

Dude you gotta let me know when that thing arrives. I work in Ft McMurray but live in SK. I am planning to bring mine up in August for a shift. Not a 1LE of course.
There is some good info on railroad tracking once it has shipped. I can dig it up when the time comes. |

I called the chat today nothing yet
They said there is no status codes it goes right to a tpw and call back in two weeks like that's gonna happen they can deal with me daily lol... I have had status codes in the past |

Make the sales guy earn the money that you're about ready to give him. He can get you a code 10 times a day if you want it. All he need to do is put your order number into the GM workbench report, and look at the current code. Becky has the codes on her thread. Tell him it's going to be a lousy survey if you don't start getting some information BEFORE the sale, in addition to after......
My salesman emailed me the complete GM report every Monday, from the time I gave Him the order, up to the delivery date. Like clockwork. |

Yea there telling me it should arrive In August I'm buying it in Edmonton so I live 4 hours away so I can't just go down there everyday lol

No but I called gm Canada they said the Ontario plant was treating up for production first week in July so who knows
