Katech or VMAX ported throttle body?
So I see Katech offers and brand new throttle body for the LT1 for about $240 with no core return and VMAX offers a ported one for 150 + 250 core value that is refundable.
Anyone with some reviews on either brand? I know with the Katech I can keep my core if I want to go back to stock or port it and sell it. With VMAX I can't do that

I would probably go with the VMAX, on versatility alone. I always like to keep my options going back stock. VMAX with a good CAI and a tune would be a good start.

VMAX makes you return the core so you cant go back to stock.
Katech lets you keep the old core unit. Quote:
