What was the first issue you used the warranty on?

This years J D Power survey ranks auto brands for number of problems per 100 cars for the first 3 years. Lexus has come first for the past 6 years, with 110 problems reported in 100 cars. Chevy is ranked 8th.

In the report, most of the problem is tech related, like blue tooth not connecting or something like that, and then batteries.

What was the first problem that you had and made you go to the dealership and use the warranty to fix it?

Front seat back covers pulling away from the latch.

Everything else has been fine, but I am taking her to the dealer to replace a burned out headlight led.

Mine was tech related as well.

I have a recurring issue with the Bose noise cancellation being miscalibrated and causing an annoying resonating/droning sound from the speakers in the rear deck. 3 visits and a firmware update have mitigated the issue to a degree, but it's still present and occasionally bad enough to the point of utter distraction.

Rear differential was being quite noisy and then I had a defective rear view mirror that had this funky black circle that was growing. Also got the doors tightened to resolve a rattle that occurred at a certain frequency of bass.

1: Lost my power steering
2: My left front mirror makes noise with the wind.
3: rear diff contaminated fluid
4: Camaro Flags on the side door peeled out, they replaced it.
5: I have ongoing issues:
---I am loosing the image on my rear camera from time to time
---My front brake are making noise at each rotation, even after a brake maintenance, they are still 80% good. I have the upgraded 6 pistons brembo
---I got the NPP rattle once, but it never came back

Of all cars I had in my life, this is the one I had the most issues within the first year of ownership. Hopefully it will not be more than that.

The little illuminated strip in the cup holder. I didn't catch it, the dealer did prior to the sale. So I didn't ask for the warranty work, but I'm fortunate to have a great dealer and service dept. Other than a couple simple recall checks and no real work, my car has been flawless for 15K miles and a year and a half. Most of that modded.

Passenger window needed to be replaced, it was scratched up at the time of delivery. It took almost 6 weeks to get the replacement one in.
