radio response time

Using the steering wheel radio tabs (on the 2ss) to scroll through the preset stations seems incredibly slow to respond to switching stations compared to pressing the touchscreen-where it is instantaneous.
Anyone else have this problem?

Same thing, it's annoying. I've also found that using the up and down arrows to change a track from the steering wheel while in media mode on the dash sometimes won't register, and it's slower than using the fav +/- buttons at the bottom of the steering wheel. Those have become my go-to, but they're awkwardly positioned for regular use.

Same here. It's funny how these small things can be so annoying in a car that is otherwise so awesome...

Same problem on my 2016 2SS. However, I also have a 2015 Impala LT-Z and the response time is considerably faster. The radio in the Impala is a bit different and has the ability to pause live radio. I was disappointed when I found out my Camaro did not have that feature.

Same here. For some reason though I didn't notice it til after I had the car about 1 week. Seems to have slowed down dramatically. Mind you my driver's seat is now possessed as well, might be somehow related.

Edit: this morning everything seemed back to normal with the steering wheel radio controls and driver preference switches on the door. Until I put it in reverse to park, then the seat decided to go to the most rearward position again.

I work at a dealership and Volvos, Land Rovers, and Jaguars are just as bad. It's the logic and modules that are used to communicate that are to blame.
