ECS Pump Gas Tune Completed
Been waiting for some free time to get on the dyno. We managed to get the pump gas tune done today though (93). This is the base ECS kit and it made 8 pounds of boost with:

Excellent results. Low pressure pump in the tank and you'd really be able to push it a bit further. Heard it's cheap and fairly easy. It's got me wondering what the flow difference would be between you going catless and me ordering hiflow cats.

It has been our experience that the high side is the limitation. We have a few experiments in the works such as an external pump to supplement to see if the high side will keep up. Other options are also being considered. I'm guessing I may end up with Alky or port injection at some point. |

Hot damn man. Can't wait to see what it does with more octane/ethanol and more boost. I have been hoping to see what someone can do with one of the "smaller" head units on an maxed out A8 and you have the drop in pistons I was going to use as well.

I clarified with Mike. The NA numbers were in 6th gear (I did those pulls), but he said he pulled in 5th under boost. He lifted early because the car needs a breather added. Crankcase pressure is pushing oil out the rear seal. He didn't want to go any further.
