Chemical Guys: BLACKLIGHT
Hey guys! I decided to wake up super early this morning, and since were going to have a nice few days of sunshine here in Texas, I figured I would wash and detail the car. I have a black car and man, is it hard to keep clean lol. But besides that I was looking for a product to put on after the wash to help shine it up before sealing it. I've tried a few different one and nothing I've used has worked like black light! It's ment for black cars but can be used on darker shaded cars also! I know it's hard to tell by the pictures but this stuff gives it a real slick look! Try it out if you want a super wet shine!

I bought some Blacklight Hybrid Radiant finish car wash soap, is it the same as this?

The Blackilght shown in this thread is a glaze. It fills minor imperfections in the paint and adds gloss to the surface. It also has a light sealant mixed in with it to provide paint protection. It's not very durable though, usually lasts a month on an non-garaged car, a couple months on a garaged vehicle. It's a good option for people who don't want to polish their paint with a machine. It's basically cosmetic make-up for your paint. CG sells a kit with the Blackilght Glaze/V7 detail spray which work well together. http://www.chemicalguys.com/Hybrid_V..._p/hol_151.htm The soap contains gloss enhancers, but doesn't fill defects or provide any type of paint protection.

Here's mine. Ceramic coating on it, blacklight on top and topped off with top coat sealant.

It a glaze, as said above, good for 30-45 days, glaze is best used for shows, they have no real use on the street.

So i am assuming, blacklight will work on top of a ceramic coating?
