Ok i got past the 1st step with the usb stick install the next is to connect the MPVI and its not recognizing the MPVI. The green light goes on and when i plug the usb cable in the computer it makes the connection sound the computer makes and then nothing!!! A LITTLE HELP PLEASE!!!!
Im using windows 7

plug it into your laptop and go into device management... so you see MPVI driver? if you dont the driver is likely not installed correctly. Look up how to manually install a driver for a device in windows 7 and follow the steps. It should take you 2 minutes. If you need more help, PM me or find your nearest IT buddy.

I went to my device manger and its not there... Im gonna try to figure this out this evening, I may PM you...Thanks

I had to down load a Net file, I never have done any updates on my computer, I had 192 updates waiting... now if it would just quite raining!!
