Mode Button/Traction Control

This is a long shot but after numerous searches I figure I'd give it a try. I'm wondering if anyone has seen or heard of anyone having some type of plastic cover that could fit over the traction control/mode button in the middle of the center console. It's not a big deal if it's just me but when my dog rides with me it's a different story. He likes riding with his front paws on the center console and I have to block him from prancing all over them. It gets very annoying for both of us lol. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Maybe put a towel over it?

A leash? Or a ^^^ towel ^^^^

But I do like the idea, but you're the first I've heard asking about one.

I have accidently hit it a time or two myself. It probably could have been in a better place.

That's a good idea. You might have to make something on your own though. Find some hard plastic and bend it around the button. Get creative, or maybe find someone that has a 3D printer that could create something

I have a dachshund ride with me and I have a towel and it can still press thru and change the modes. Leash wouldn't work, you'd have to take away all the slack and that would make not fun for the dog!

I was thinking of this for sometime. Was even thing of making one myself. To easy to bump the switches into a different mode. God forbid you bump off T/C in the rain.

I would use an old cell phone case (like a thick otter box with the back of the case facing up)... just not sure how you'd secure it in place though.

I was thinking something along the lines of shaping plastic somehow too. A towel definitely wouldnt cut it just because he would push through it.

I think I might try to manipulate an old cellphone case like gdgraph suggested and see what I can come up with.

Maybe make a cover like the Lamboghinis have. But spring load it this time! I read the start/stop button on the Lambos aren't spring loaded, lol.
