Ran my second autocross with the car this past Sunday at a local small airport. Ironically it was the same place I did my 'first' CFR autocross, way back in 1979!
Unfortunately the car was still running the OE alignment as my son in law has been to busy at work lately to get to it. Guess where the car is right now?

There were five cars running in BS and unfortunately, I finished fifth. I know at least three of the other guys in the class were running the Bridgestone RE71 tires. Which is probably what I will end up running later but only after I get some decent 19" wheels. We had four runs each and it was overcast with a very light rain. Not enough to wet the course though. Punched a cone pretty good on my first run just before the finish, I also missed a gate completely after looking at the video but evidently the marshals missed it. Unfortunately I missed the same gate again on my second run, they caught it that time though! Third run I missed another gate just before the finish line.
Thankfully my last run was clean, not exactly as smooth as I'd like but at least I finally got through it correctly. It was also my fastest run.

I also met another guy that was running his new ZL1 that day. You can see him sitting at the start line to the right as I was crossing the finish line. He's also a member here but I have no idea what name he goes by here. I just know his name is Eric.

Next up is the Daytona PDX May 5. Gonna be a busy weekend for me as I'm also planning on racing my HP car that weekend.
