PDR issues

hey guys.. so i finally sold my 2011 camaro and got me a new 2017 1LE in white.. so far im in love with the car.. its really a night and day difference with the 5th gen.
now ive been having issues with my PDR i was wondering if you guys can help me out... so i went to the store and got 3 different brands of SD card.. they are all 32GB and yes they are Class 10s.. ive also made sure they are all FAT32... now here is my issues.. the PDR sees the SD card but when i push the record button it just say 00:00:00 instead of counting up.. i had it on for 5 mins and after stopping the record the file says its only 1 min.. and when i click on it the screen goes back and back to video selection.. so pretty much the PDR isnt recording.. does anyone have this issue or heard of it?

Are you using a microSD card in an adapter? I've had issues with some of the adapters, but am fine in the one I have now (Samsung with a 256gb micro).

Have you tried formatting them before the first use? I wonder if it accidentally sees the image partition because of the video length (1 min as you mentioned)

When you put the card in, the display should tell you how much time is available for recording. What does yours say?

Have you tried a different card? or, as suggested above, take it in.

can someone chime in with the exact type of SD needed to work? I don't know much about types and formats etc... I had a 8gb in the house that worked. Purchased a 128gb and it doesn't read. So what would be the correct "settings" on an SD card to be compatible?

Good discussion here:

You will need to reformat the 128 card to "FAT32" for it to work. Directions for formatting using a windows & mac PC are in the thread referenced above.
